Residential Skylights
U.S. Building Products flat glass skylights are manufactured with USBP's thermally broken curb mount or self flashing .060 aluminum extruded frame and .060 aluminum retaining angle. Each unit has an evaporative condensation channel.

Flat, insulated, tempered glass (IG) glazing options:
- 3/16" Grey tempered
- 3/16" Bronze tempered
- 3/16" Clear tempered
- 1/4" Grey reflective
- 1/4" Bronze reflective
- Insulated glass with argon

Frame Color Options
Curb mount skylight frame option is our 078 dark bronze.
Self Flashing skylight frame option is our 078 dark bronze.
Custom, powdercoated frame colors also available. Additional lead time may be required.

Standard Product Warranty
USBP skylights are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of five years from date of shipment against defects in material or workmanship. The liability of USBP skylights under this warranty shall not exceed the original price of the defective unit. The warranty is voided if the purchaser makes any alteration to the skylight. USBP reserves the right to visually inspect the skylight and its installation. The insulated flat glass has a seal failure warranty for five years in residential applications. Breakage of any kind, cracks, scratches, marring, minor imperfections, or minor streaking are not covered under any warranty. A warranty card must be submitted for glass warranty at time of purchase.
